List Cleaner & Deduplicator
Paste or upload any list — numbers, emails, IDs — and get it back deduplicated and stripped of blank lines, original order preserved.
Paste or upload any list — numbers, emails, IDs. Cleaning runs in your browser; the file never leaves your machine.
The cleaner works at the text level: exact duplicates (optionally case-insensitive) and blank rows. It does not judge whether a number fits a country plan — the E.164 validator does that — and no offline tool can tell whether a number or email is actually in service.
A clean list is step one. To find out which entries hold real accounts on Telegram, WhatsApp and other platforms, run a bulk check.
Bulk-check the cleaned listHow it works
- Paste your list or upload a .txt or .csv file.
- Choose options: case-insensitive dedupe (useful for emails) and CSV first-column mode.
- Clean. Duplicates and blank lines are removed in your browser; the first occurrence wins and order is preserved.
- Download the cleaned list as a .txt file.
Why this matters
Duplicate rows in an outreach or verification list cost twice: you pay per row on any bulk service, and the same person gets contacted twice. Blank lines and stray whitespace break naive importers. Both are mechanical problems — fix them mechanically before anything priced per row sees the file.
FAQ
What counts as a duplicate?
Two rows that are identical after trimming surrounding whitespace. With case-insensitive mode on, rows that differ only by letter case are also merged — the first occurrence is kept.
Does it validate the entries?
No — it is content-agnostic on purpose, so it works for emails and IDs as well as numbers. For country-plan validation and E.164 normalization, use the Number Validator.
Which file types are supported?
Plain .txt with one entry per line, and .csv — in first-column mode each row is cut at the first comma, semicolon or tab and only that first column is kept.
Is the file uploaded?
No. The file is read and cleaned inside your browser and never sent to a server.
